Working with Parents

?

Parents are most welcome to visit the school by appointment. To help us keep our children safe, all parents and visitors must report to the school office on arrival.? It may be possible for you to have a brief word with a teacher at the end of the school day.? If you wish to speak to the Principal or the Vice Principal, please ring or call in for an appointment. We will do our best to talk to you about any concerns as soon as possible.

Again in the interest of ensuring that children are safe and we know who is in school, parents must not enter the main school building unless they are signed in at reception.? We are unable to allow parents to walk through school.

We send out regular newsletters to parents, and post calendar events on our school website.? We also use a texting service to send out messages to parents, so please ensure that we always have a current mobile number for you, and that your inbox is not full and is always able to accept texts.

The school has a parent association called the Parent School Link Group.? In addition to its money-raising and social activities, the group helps the school in other ways, both inside and outside the classroom. We hope you will become an active member of the association, which is run by a committee of parents.? The Annual General Meeting is held in the Autumn term each year.
